I've got #1 and 2 down, but still seem to have rather limited success.

And another thing, when you extend yourself toward a woman (make it known that you like her and want to be with her) and they don't want to be with you, they will lie.  Granted, most of them are doing it out of politeness, but it is still a lie.  How many times have you heard the following:

1.  Well....I am too busy for a relationship.
2.  Well....I like you but I am not ready for a relationship.

etc...

These statements really mean one of the following:

1.  You're nice, but you don't have enough of the four main categories in order to capture my interest. 
2.  I have my sights on somebody else who is better than you.

It matters what kind of women you are going for. Are you going for a hot, young, and out of control party chick? Then #1, #2, and #4 are crucial. If you are trying to land an older more sophisticated chick then #3 and #4 are crucial.

In my opinion, category #4 is by far the best to have. If you have #4, you can be fucking homeless and dirt poor and women will still want you.

You're right about the homeless part too. In my old apartment complex, I had a neighbor who had just gotten out of jail, rode a bike for transportation, had no furniture in the house, yet still managed to have a different girl at his place EVERY freakin day! This is no exaggeration.

Not true. I was at a rave recently trying to get with this chick, but we ended up becoming friends. It helps that she's an ecstacy dealer, which makes her a good friend to have.

I disagree. #1 in this chart means that you will never get with her because you don't meet her basic standards. #2 means that maybe you meet her basic standards, but there is somebody better available.
