Pressure cooker question HELP

Welp i picked up a Mirro pressure cooker from K-Mart for the unbelieveable price of only 20 bucks, thing is ive been told to pressure cook at 15psi, this thing only goes up to 10 psi max...
How long should i cook for to make up for the loss in pressure?

one hour sounds good. make sure you verm is loaded up with all the water it can hold

You mean the water that i should add to the brown flour and verm substrate as im mixing it?
I think ill be using 60ccs
at least thats what the tek says
