pin invitro?

If you plan on casing your jars of substrate should you let them pin invito or not? And do you give the jars light to get them to pin invitro.??

If casing you definitely do not want to pin the jars in vitro.

i woudl say just due to the amount of time needed to get it to pin in teh jar, just take it out when its 100% done. if you let it sit longer and pins form that probably wont be a problem but it is def not necessary or recommended.
