Invitro pinning

Damn, growing mushrooms is hard, I've got 3 cambodian pf jars fully colonized for 3 weeks, I haven't birthed them 'cause of waiting for invitro pins but nothing, also I've got 8 puerto rican jars about 80-90% colonized. My questions are:
Is the pf race the only one that pins invitro? What's the case for cambodian and puerto rican? Do they pin invitro? Also every time I've tried casings on 50-50 they got plaged with green mold. Should I birth my jars without pinning first? I want to grow on pf cakes before trying again on casings.

2 things that initiate pinning are presence of light and decrease in temperature (to mid-upper 70's fahrenheit)-might wanna try introducing these factors, or as long as the jars are fully colonized, you can just start singing happy birthday!

My Puertos all pinned after two weeks - some jars at as little as 30%, some 100% - Too stop green molds in your casings, mix in some shell-grit.
