Questions on invitro and other matters

A few questions, please try and answer them:
1) Does EQ pin easily invitro?
2) Does B+ pin easily invitro?
3) Does GC pin easily invitro?
4) Are there many advantages in pinning invitro?
5) Any tips on reciving rather large second flushes?

I ask because a friend is colonizing all three strains and is wondering if he should try to pin invitro and then birth or rather birth into a perlite humidified chamber 3 or 4 days after 100% and cake shrinkage?

EQ does a pretty good job of pinning inside a container. However, some would say not. I think with proper environmental restrictions they all do well.

Ive never seen B+ pin invirto - never ever..:-( Got GOlden Teachers and Puertos to pin like absolute fucking mad invirto though, if that helps!:-)
