newbie with sucess, kinda??? please help

I am currently growing 4 cakes, 2 lipa yana and 3 puetro rican, in a 20 gal aquarium wsing perlite humidity. The 2 lipa yana i dunked and they pinned like mad and are currently growing fairly well, but the caps are starting to open up ant they are only a couple inches tall, Why did they open up so early, i wanted bigger shrooms. The puetro rican shrooms are a couple inches tall but skinny as toothpicks ans small caps, whats is going on???? I have 2 cakes 100% colonized that i am gonna try casting today. What am i doing wrong with my cakes???? One puetro rican cake that i dumked and col shocked is growing only 1 tall skinny shroom. WHY??? Humity is high, condensation on top and sides. Temp is 76.

Are they getting plenty of fresh air? Too much CO2 will stunt them.

2+3 dosn't equal 4. =]
I kinda had the same problem last batch. But it was due to low humidity. I got a digital hygrometer and hymidity was only at 90 even though the walls had condenced water droplets. So I converted the old frig into a huge fruiting chamber. I have a ultrasonic humidifier now, and it works great.
