alcohol in syringe !?

i was making a spore syringe today ala Psilocyber's Syringe Tek and when scraping the spores into the shotglass, i noticed a very small pool of 70% isopropyl alcohol, not a lot, just enough to notice that the spores were floating on something. i finished anyway, but im not sure if the syringe will be viable with the trace amounts of alcohol in it? is my syringe ruined?

The trace amounts of alcohol should be no problem and the spores should survive as long as they were not in the 70% for too long. How long is too long? 30 sec. to a minute would be my guess.
