If you have been drinking enough water to puke from the water ... calm down. Try to relax. Don't keep drinking water if it's making you puke.

To quote a shroomerite (I don't remember who it was) "Water poisoning is a real threat, but you'll puke way before it gets serious".

Obviously stop consuming any other psychoactives, and try to relax.

Just ride it out man. I believe the cyanide on the skin of the seeds is a myth since that seems very unlikely. I've also seen plenty of people eat the seeds without scraping them and it simply caused nausea. You'll be fine after a bit, just don't panic.
