can anybody explain having the same exact weight as you did 6 months ago, but looking fatter?

maybe you've been less active and some of the muscle has turned into fat, so you look flabbier?

Muscle weighs over twice as much as fat so if you lost some muscle and gained some fat you could stay at the same weight, but obviously your appearance would degrade.
