i always get night terrors
usually it happens when i wake up too many times
dont' know why
probably cuz the chemical my brain produces to paralyze my body during
sleep just doesn't shut on and off that often

to me, night terrors seem to be more prominent after long periods of
having no sleep
like being awake for 36 hours due to insomnia

The last time it happened as I was trying to awaken from the dream I remeber floating out of my body and like fighting to get back into my body. My feet were for some reason the highest and my head the lowest like my feet were completely weightless and out of my control.
