That's called succubus (for women) and incubus (for men) You feel like someone is sitting on top of you, sometimes strangling you, sometimes doing other things to you........ I only had sleep paralysis once, it was coming out of a lucid dream and I was torn out of my body. The weird thing is, right before I went OOB, I felt just like I had had just smoked 5 Me0-DMT, from the body feelings to the auditory hallucinations....it was exactly like 5 Me0-DMT.

my explanation would be the astral body seperating from the physical body. it is very common in the seperating or returning to body phases.

Maybe your body had released a large amount of DMT?
I really want to experince sleep parlysis again so I can try and project or go into a lucid dream.
I never ever remember my dreams I don't think ive ever rembered a dream since I was a little kid.
Do you think I caused the sleep parlysis on my own because I was meditating earlier that night. It was my first time actually being able to clear my mind.

ummmm....you are wrong. or at least, with my experiences that statement is wrong. as i said, i get these all the time. for me, the best thing is to just go back to sleep and try waking up again later. but waiting it out isnt so bad either, they usually only last for a few secconds. but if i dont snap out of it after a few seconds i just go back to sleep instead of laying there unable to move or talk. ive never had it happen after waking up the seccond time.
