alcohol without liquid.. anyone hear about this thing? i dont think this thing would really work well. can alcohol really absorb through the lungs good enough??

Yeah, there was a big thread about this a loooooooonnnnngggg time ago. It does work, and it's probably healthier for you than drinking it, however, my concern would be the physical effects on the lung tissues themselves, because alcohol is generally used as a solvent, and doesn't mix terribly well with organic tissue.

Not so much stronger I wouldn't imagine. Just more efficient, and the effect is pretty instant, so people have a larger tendency to overdo it.
