This dude just tried to break into my house...

Well this was only about 15 minutes ago..

I was sleeping on the couch and I hear something in the kitchen, I was

thinking that my mom was home, so I got up. I go out there and no one

is there. So I start looking around to see if maybe she's in her room,

then I notice the time is only 10:30 AM, and my mom doesn't get her

lunch break until 12 PM. So I walk back to the kitchen and I see this

guy walking back towards my house from my garage. He walks into my

front yard and starts to walk away. He turns around and sees me and

comes to my door. Now, we have a small studio for lease in the back of

our house, so he says that he was looking at the studio. Well he

leaves and that's when I start to notice things. Remember I just got

up. Well, we have a sliding glass door and a sliding screen door in

our sun room (yes we have a sun room), and the sliding screen door is

half way open. Outside of these sliding doors is a little areas where

you can sit and smoke, grow plants or whatever. And there is ONE way

to get into that NOT coming from the house. There is a big swinging

wooden door that is HARD AS FUCK to open from the outside. Then I walk

to my back garage (where I first saw the guy coming from) and the side

door of the garage is open. So now I'm like, "This little tweaker

bitch tried to break into my house!!". When I was talking to him, he had

that tweaker look, and he studdered a bit. So now I'm hoping that he

comes back so I can test out my new Louisville Slugger (one of the

nice wooden ones)

And I was wondering, does anyone know the laws (or know of a website

that has the laws) in California of what you can do to a person

that's trying to break into your house?

Hopefully beating the FUCK out of him is legal...

I've got that ADRENALINE rush going lol...

gonna break into a house, you don't park your car in front of the

house that you're going to break into...

Luckily we just moved in about 1.5 months ago, so we have nothing in the

garage, but I wish we had shit in there, so if i saw him walking out of

my garage with something i could have tested my new baseball bat.

I REALLY WANT HIM TO COME BACK, maybe I'll purchase a little crystal

and put it on the back porch, he'll smell it from like a mile away

lol..  I'd fuck him up before he does it, because I'm not fighting

anyone on crystal meth bro...

the way i look at it is, if the dude was really looking at the studio, most people would call ahead to see when it would be ok to check it out. Never hesitate hitting a tweaker, its only a matter of time before they try to steal something from you. haha

last i remember, they have to be inside your house before you can shoot them... not half way in the window... all the way in.. so if they are climbing thru a window, you shoot and kill them, and they fly back and fall out the window... toss there ass back inside and you'll be good... shoot the person, then shoot in the celing... that way the nieghbors will say they heard your warning shot....

but i think in washington, you have to be attaked before you can shoot them...

if i were you i would throw a fresh shinny dead bolt on the garage, just to let him know you've beefed up security around there... add a trip wire or two.. that goes to a bell all high up... it's easy, just need a few eye hooks and some fishing line... that'll really fuck with him if he comes back. maybe even a motion sensng light...

My mom said some people wearing halloween masks have been breaking into houses about 2 blocks over. She said they're just scaring the people who live in the houses. I hope they get shot in the face.

I had some people in my yard about a month ago(at around 12 midnight) they were drinking in the woods and smoking


I snuck up on them hit the flaslight and pointed my M-14 at thier direction(I was within 10' of them)

they froze


I told them not to leave the bottles in my yard, be quiet and give me a beer


they are only kids

they came back over a few days later and apologized to my wife...

she said, as long as there is no evidence they are here we know nothing
