Sorry to hear that. But that guy did have it coming, it seems. You should be fine for drug screens if you haven't done anything for a few weeks. As to the actual assault, there is a legal term called "clean hands doctrine" (as I understand it - Frog could probably explain it better). You may have punched the guy out, but he clearly provoked you. If you can get any witnesses to the verbal abuse he gave you beforehand, you might just get off on a considerably lesser charge. And if you can get a witness that saw him push you, you might could get off scot-free. It's worth discussing this with your attorney.....

o belive me this kid is the farthest from my friend. if he died itd be good news to me (i got my reasons).

toilet - the only witness that saw it was the cop...and he only saw me hit him so im kinda fucked as far as witnesses. but ill look around see if anyone saw him bugging me in the store.

I haven't had to take a piss test in years...
but this is how I used to beat them back in the day.

Drink a shit load of water before you go there.
Piss right before you go in for the test.

Drink a shit load of water right as your gonna test.
The water will not be filtered through your system.
It will go right through you.

The down side...
They might call you back in to take another piss test.
But during that time frame you will detox everything out of your system.

seriously. he has no friends so he cant gang up on me, his nose will be fucked for a long time, and if i get off free hes still fucked for pushing me and starting it. if the fucking cop wasnt there i wouldnt be going through all this though i woulda just fucked him up and left and nothing would of happened, no court, no drug test. stupid pigs always ruin everything. that reminds me i gotta run another mile

They test for alchohol if your under 21. Also if I were you I would get a home test so you can take it the day before they're test to see if you will have to drink a shit load of water.

Another trick to foil the test is to spike the sample with an adulterant. This approach should be used only as a last resort, since any adulterant can be chemically detected if labs take the trouble to do so. A number of adulterants cause negatives on the commonly used EMIT test, but not necessarily other tests. In an emergency, you might fool an EMIT test by adding a few drops of Visine? to the sample.

All you really need to do is drink tons of green tea until the test and on the day of the test drink like a gallon of tea before the test and take a B-complex vitamin to make sure your urine doesn't appear diluted. Don't eat anything for 24-48 hours before the test (Fats will bring THC into the urine). The B vitamin will color your pee yellow but it will be very diluted, it just won't appear diluted. With that much dilution it would be very hard for them to find anything. And of course don't do any drugs after today.
