Let me guess the PF classic MR (matias romero) shroom. I doubt that it is a co2 problem, since you have gotten this far.
It doesn't look like you are having any problems. Thats just the way they're soupposed to look. Some of those should swell up bigger and eventually break its veil, others will remain small, get a pointy cap and turn black these are what are known as aborts. PF's are the god of abort making. Don't get me wrong some people say that the aborts are more potent.
A question: It looks like you are getting a blob (thats what I call a mushroom with no cap) right at the top of your pic. cool, One time I saw a blob that was twice the size of a walnut!
O well no worrys man..

I give you credit there Abe Lincoln...
Thats the best looking cake I have ever seen a newbie do!
Congrats..... if you need any advice then this is it: You did very well as though it looks. All the little shrooms you see on could be multiplyed to the 50 power if you case. Give it a try next time....if you screw up then you will have all the help you need from the guys/gals on here :)
Good Luck!

Hey, that's a nice looking cake. Fat asses and other odd shapes are common on cakes. If you want "normal" looking mushrooms, you'll need to case.
Also, Cubensis don't require diffused light. That's just incorrect. You can expose them to any direct light you want, although you should avoid direct sunlight.
I keep fluoros 10" away from my trays when growing.
Again, nice cake -- when those pins mature, you should have some big 'uns.
