I say yes you have invitro going on! If you are 100% colo. then take'em little suckers out and case...or cake....which ever you like :)
They look like puzzle peice's...heh
Since you say they are about 75% colo. i'm not sure what to do in that case...I try and avoid this. Hopefully someone will have some good advice for you.

I would cut away the uncolonized 25% and place cakes in grow chamber, looks like you have a head start there already. Or remove the cakes, pick whats there and crumble and case if thats what you initially planned. Have fun...
