Microwave Sterilization...

I know there is a tek on microwaving your substrate to sterilize but where can I find it? Does anyone here know how this works, any pointers?

Fast Food of the Gods is a bulk growing method. I've been trying out microwaving as a sterilization tek using a variety of rubbermaid jars with mixed contamination results.
