Microwave Sterilization

Would someone who has had experience and results using a microwave to sterilize the substrate, please share your process/tek? Thank you, really.

put your jars in full power for about 10mins... just be sure not to crowd it, make small batches (6 at most) if you've got a lot of jars...
it works well, unless your envoirment is really contaminated...

i hate witty sigs / if anything i say has something in common with reality, this is a merely a coincidence.

Should I prepare the substrate as normal and add microwave-sterilized water afterward, prior to sealing the jar? Or should I just mix it all up and nuke together?
