Hey

h2o2, or hydrogen peroxide.. i have a few easy questions about it...

1) Does it kill spores
2) Does it kill mycelium
3) Does it kill unwanted bacteria
4) Other than mixing with perlite/water for humidity in terrarium, what can i use it for??

H2O2:

1. Kills spores.
2. Does not kill mycelium unless too concentrated.
3.Kills most but not all bacteria. Kills mold spores but not much use for vegatative molds.
4. Can be used to wash bacterial contams from the surface of agar.

can you add some to the water in an ultra-sonic humidifier in one's terrarium?
if so --how much would you add to a 2.5 gallon tank of water?
