Antibiotic malt extract medium

I just recieved an antiobiotic medium to use for cultivation, I was wondering if anyone here as used it before and if they could give some suggestions on conversions and/or which guide would be best to use.

from what i understand antis can take out spores. i could be way off base here. just curious as to the medium, what is it exactly? if i am right then you would need myc to start the medium to colonize. again i could be wrong. it could have been h202 that i am thinking of.
