heres the syringe tek i prefer. just make sure everything around you and your hands are clean and try to set up a little 'tent' or something on your work table so stuff doesnt fall into the shotglass while youre working (thats my addition). i use 2 quart jars stacked on each side of my work area and a paper towel over the top to keep dust/mold from falling down http://www.shroomery.org/findorgrowthem.php?View=docs&doc=119
