Back so soon?!

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.

Man I really really really want to come to Ohio but it doesn't seem very possible for logistical reasons and more personal ones.

I like Liquid T.E. but I hate dream theater. They're so damn pretentious. One of the worst live shows I've seen.

Came in to grab a book.

Maybe blink, still trying to get over social-phobias and such.

Back to the grass for me

I used to love them, they were my favorite band. Scenes From a Memory was like..my album! for years. But the day I saw them live was the day I lost all love for them.

That sucks. The day I saw them live was the day I loved them ten times more.. if that was even possible.

Don't get me wrong, I still think they're all amazing musicians...but sometimes I feel like their showboating overshadows the soul of it all.

Just woke up hung over as fuck. Trail of Dead were fuckin crazy last night they busted their asses; International noise conspiracy co headlined and were solid, very high energy. Surprise of the show was that We Are Wolves opened, killer electronic sound they made a couple new fans last night with their set.

I'm planning on stealing my sisters jeep and go cruising in the country with the top off, looking for a job can wait.
