Hey SpaceDragon I have a question for you because you are the lord of the universe so you probably know. What should I do to get rid of my severe depression that I've had for 2 years? I really don't want to resort to pharmaceutical happy pills but it always screws me up when I try to stick to a strict regiment of meditation, exercise, it always says to me "screw this" and I do, and I remain depressed.
Did you try caffeine? I cannot imagine that depression and regular caffeine intake can coexist together. Not necessarily because of the euphoric effect, but mainly because of the surge of energy which makes one want to engage the world and do something. Are you a regular coffee drinker? If coffee doesn't work for you, maybe try caffeine tablets?

I drink 2 coffees a day, a regular drip after I wake up and a cappucino around 10pm. I love coffee, it is, pound for pound, the best drug in the universe, with alcohol as a close second. I take that back, choosing caffiene over alcohol would be to seperate yin from yang, they must live in harmony with one and other. Like special agents ready for psychic deployment in a vast arena of social warfare situations.

5HTP ive found to be the best suppliment for depression, but as part of a regular diet to keep depression at bay, bannaas and brazil nuts are equally as effective. Also light and less strict mediation and exercise sessions are good. One must'nt be too hard on oneself, kindess and gentleness is the best meidicine for depression in my opinion. Walks in nature are very theraputic as well, as is getting laid every now and then.

Egghead1 has a good point. 5-HTP is a powerful precursor to serotonin and is cheaper than SAM-e at the store. Coffee seems to work great for some people and makes other people nervous and anxious.

At least it generates discussion and keeps a classic alive, even though spacedragon is a little boring lately... this is not meant as an offense, but, hey, spacedragon, if your posts were a bit shorter and more to the point, I bet more people would read it. Well, disspelling 2000+ years of Catholic and Christian myths and lies by letting you know the truth of Gods (plural) creating humans - as well as Jesus flying with Master Yahweh in his spaceship during his lifetime - may seem boring to you spiritual veterans; but, it's kicking up a fun whirlwind of hostile and psychic backlash from the Illuminati and Catholic sorcerers.
I'll have to take a raincheck on the dual tripping experience but I appreciate you asking. I'm gaining the respect of the heavens again and have been a decoy for the government to try all their lame spiritual attacks on - and I'm so protected it's not even funny (Angels and Demons). While I take this position as King of Earth and occupy their time, all you powerful sorcerers are making more ground for humanity to be free of mind-control. EMPIRE OF THE MIND The empire of the mind is vast, calling you from every continent and every direction. All of the Gods who left their footprints on Earth in all lines of time, those whose names are known and those who are unknown are all returning. This is why many of you may feel impulsed to visit sacred sites, because the Gods held their events and staged their dramas at many of the ancient stone temples on this planet Earth. When you visit these sites, you appear to be a third-dimensional Earth-traveler, while your other selves play out dramas in another time in the same space. Versions of yourself remember what else you have been, what shoes, sandals, or boots you wore on your feet, how you styled your hair and the color of your skin as you changed your human costumes, just as Earth changes seasons again and again. The heavens present an opportunity, so do not be afraid of what will appear. Much is kept from you by the Global Elite and the Annunaki; held in secret as higher knowledge. Your ability to heal, to use your mind to create what you want, to send and receive messages, to read energy fields -- these are your innate abilities.

In each individual case I must of necessity be skeptical, but in the long run I have to admit that the spirit hypothesis yields better results in practice than any other.

Overstimulating the 5 senses is a major cause of insomnia, low-energy levels and depression. However, when treated properly, the senses can be avenues to restful sleep. Hearing, touch, sight, taste, and smell are the pathways through which we gain knowledge of the world. But I believe our five senses do even more than that. We are the metabolic end products of our sensory experiences. To put it another way, we literally metabolize our environment through our senses. Everything that you experience through your senses - every sound, touch, sight, taste, and smell - becomes the very molecules of your body. We human beings don't metabolize only our food; we metabolize our sensory experiences and they become the molecules of our bodies.
Interestingly, the world you perceive through your senses is in a fundamental way a product of you! That's because in addition to being receiving mechanisms for external stimuli, the five senses are at the same time projections of your consciousness, your inner awareness and your intelligence.
