Got my Gro-bricks...now what?

Just got 2 one lb bricks in the mail and they are truly bricks.. hard a s a rock..  How do i prepare them for casings...I`m sure you can`t slice that hard bastard  lol... Do i dampen first and then fluff it up?.....Thanks in advance :smile:

add water and squeeze out excess h2o between fingers. make sure it is about one drop drippin out your fingers. then case. no sterilization necessary

wrap in foil and summerge in boiling water for a few min. you could presure cook it also. the point of the foil is just to keep it to gether if it takes to much water and breaks apart.
