brown rice flour or rye grain?

hey im going to grow with pf-tek for first time, the tek says to use brown rice flower but many have told me dark rye grain is better....what ever shall i do!? seriously, what would be the best substrate for puerto ricans using pf-tek? thanks

Start off with the Brown Rice. Thats a very well known working tek. Dabble with the other shit once u got the basics.
