Rye Grain Vermiculite Brown Rice Flour Substrate

Hi,

Using the cake method I would like to use the following can anyone give me a reasonable idea of how much of each item I need to add to Half Pint Mason Jars.

I am using Ball Halfpint mason jars w/ synthetic lid inserts.
I have organic brown Rice Flour
Pro Grade Vermiculite
Organic Brown RIce Flour

How much would be appropriate to add to each? also how much water?

2 cups Verm
1 cup BRF
1 cup of water

will make around 4 jars worth

I heard i could do rye, brf, and verm

You can use Rye flour too...if you like.
I wasn't impressed with Rye flour.

You can do whole Rye in quart jars.
I'm doing up some Rye tonight. :wink:

1 cup Rye grain.
1 cup mineral water.
