Would GNC have brown rice flour, and could i just use long grain organic brown rice.

Health food stores do and you can also get brown rice long grain from the grocery store in a bag sealed.

I've found it at a regular supermarket in the aisle where the baking supplies are. There was actually a whole section of specialty grains and flours. "Bob's Red Mill Stone Ground Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour" is what I found.

yeah, just to back the fellas up, I don't think any GNCs have it. I have worked at 4-5, of the GNCs in the southeast, and we never had it. When I was using the BRF, it was always best to buy the large bags of the organic whole grain, its alot cheeper than the flour, and grind it yourself. This is not as hard as you might think. Just get your blender, yeah the margarita machine, and geuss at how much you'll need then blend it up!!!! This worked well, and didn't have to worrie about having flour around, and when I ran out of food, we just had rice and garden veges! : ^ )

According to the MMGG:
"For each 1/2 pint jar mix 2/3 cup vermiculite and 1/4 cup brown rice flour...when these ingredients are well mixed, add 1/4 cup of water for each 1/2 pint jar yo plan to prepare. If you are using 1 pint jars you need to double the recipe."
