Summer is on the horizon

My last class is Tuesday.  Then I'll take maybe 2 weeks off before going to work alllll week alllll summer.  I have some Peruvian Torch that I've been saving for a while. 

Perhaps mescal on the beach?  Or camp in the woods?  :tongue:

Anyhoo, besides that, my summer will be largely uneventful.  Does anyone have big plans or anything for the upcoming warm season?

so far i got front row steve miller tix, tom petty tix, and a road trip cross country on my plate

i'm thinking of hitting up a few festivals, wakarusa for sure, maybe 10000 lakes, maybe summer camp, might go out to horning's for sci but i'm not one to plan out too far ahead. also there's summerfest ... can't wait for that. 11 days of music and drunkeness all day every day

I've got lots of shows on the horizon - Pixies w/Interpol, Bloc Party, lots more...that's all year though, lots of shows every month.

Other than that gonna eat some acid a week from today, and gonna go camping in VT once June rolls around.

PNC Bank has alot of shows I want to go to. Tommy Petty, John Mellencamp, 311...
Front row, Steve Miller??? Need a date? I love Steve Miller I've been going to concert of his since I was 5... not much recently he hasn't been around here. I don't even think he's been on tour.

Yea this summer is going to be great.
Besides working virtually full Time, i'll be going to High Sierra Music fest.
Camping for 2 weeks on this annual fishing trip my friend's dad and his college buddies started up 30 some years ago.
A few scattered shows here and there.
Late night smoke sessions with all my back-home-for-the-summer compadres.
It will be a sweet summer, i'm exited.  :cool:  :thumbup:

That venue has special meaning to me; I graduated high school on the stage.  So seeing shows there is fun.  "Hey, Bob Weir is standing where I got my diploma!" :grin:

That is pretty awesome! My graduation day was held in the gym of my school cause it was raining. :frown: Your story is way cool though.
