Native Americans(Indians) are the only true Americans.
the rest are squatters!~ :smirk:

:smirk:

Family should always be the most important thing in your life.
When we die who will remember us?
Our children...hopefully.
The problem with society today is...people don't spend quality time with their children. :frown:

:frown:

Love your parents, children, family and friends...they are what is important in this life time.

People shouldn't have to use money!~
If someone is hungry feed them...if someone needs help...help them.
Money is used by the rich to keep people under their control.
We are all slaves to something...a company, a corporation, a business, a government.
Fuck keeping up with the Jones!~
Are the Jones happy people? probably not!~

Power is the root of all evil...Government is power!~
The guy that thinks he is better than the rest of us cause he is powerful, he is an idiot.
We are all one!~
No one is better than me...no one is less than me.
A person that is retarded or is sick is less fortunate than me...and I feel bad for them...but I'm not better than them.
Treat people the way that you would like to be treated...the world would be a better place if we all practiced this.

When the power of Love overcomes the Love of power,
then the world will know Peace.

actually they are finding evidence that there was people in the aMERICAS before the current genetic stock of "native " americans arrived. either they died off or were exterminated by the new influx. sounds kinda like a familiar theme.

I suppose by asking this, I won't have to make my list but.. is there some reason "Self" isn't on there?

My list:

Experiencing life because you only get to do it once.

Your damn right i'll fight and kill for my country. When it's all said and done I'm proud to say that I am an American, part of the greatest country in the world. Where else could I drive my big pick up truck, throw shit away when I'm tired of it and know that I can do whatever I want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else.

American by birth Southern by the grace of God!

If that were the case I'd gladly call myself a patriot... unfortunately it's FAR, far from true.

I bleed red-white-and-blue. But don't mistake patriotism for ignorance or apathy. There's plenty of work to be done here. Nothing is perfect, especially anything created by man.

As for your (somewhat incomplete) list-
Family
Country
Money
And I don't believe in God

I'm guessing you are refering to drugs. Yes drugs are fun recreationally, yes they should be legal. Until then there is still a lot you can go out and do and the government won't tell you to stop provided you aren't hurting anyone, putting others in danger, or destroying someone elses property.

I feel American if you compare me to people from other countries. At home the duality is less apparent so I'm a product of the Pacific Northwest and nuclear energy/

I believe that defending your country is important, and considering the people out to get our country these days I have no problems with supporting my own. If the US wasn't consistently a lesser of two evils to me my allegiances would be different.

As for God, I don't think he cares about alleigiances, and family sure. Not so much when I'm living with them though.

I don't like to think of myself as aligned with a label, but when I was abroad I felt different and got pissed off when people talked shit about America and had never been there.

Family
Country
Money

I am an american whether I philosophically believe in patriotism or not. I accept that there are people that want to kill me for no other reason then where I reside, because of this, I will not ignore the dangers and take the cowards way out while hiding behind the veil of "justice". Justice does not exist in this world, we humans are a nasty breed of organisms who will always and forever perpetuate conquest and destruction. I accept this state that governs our world and hence, will defend myself and family ultimately, behind the flag of my country, for it is our only means of survival.
