once they start fruiting, id let them be or you will probably just kill the fruits. after the flush you can clear off all the pins and case it - I take it your growing on a cake?

yes i'm growing on cakes. any advice on what would be best to do with my cakes after i clear off my first flush?

for breaking a cake up before casing i ussually put it into a ziplock baggy and crumble it up into smaller pieces, than lay those evenly in the casing container and apply casing layer. put back in incubation for a couple days and than back into fruiting chamber
