Ok so basically i have a casing that overlayed pretty bad and im getting a shitty pin set, what I was thinken is could I flip the casing after the first flush and re case the top? Or could I break up the casing after first flush and re case?
Would either or work?
technically I see no reason why it shouldnt. Just want to make sure
thanks indicaz

Dont crumble. Its in fruiting mode, its not just going to go back to vegetative state again. This will ruit for sure.
Flipping? Well, its probably more overlayed on the bottom side.
You probably just want to keep it how it is. YOu will have a chance of screwing up your pins.
Just add a light layer of casing if you want .

well ofcourse now I am going to do nothing... I wont disturb the process, but I was speaking in theory.... could it be done after the first flush?
and sending it back into colonization mode would be undue stress I agree, more likely how about flipping and casing? Im not going to do this quite yet, but after I get a good flush outta this casing I think I wanna try it. Its sad seeing an uneven pinset , sure ya might get like 7-9 nice shrooms... but in my opinion a tray full is all the much more impressive.
like I always say im new to this, so im learning, more then anything its gfood to try to perfect the process.
Thanks alot angry very quick responses... its like playing trivia or something

Wait for the fruit to mature, pick them (and abhorts) Sterilise a fork, drag it over the overlay , this is called scratching. Now add a layer of casing material. Next flush will be good
Good luck
