Damned Dreams...

Lately thay are so intense, that i cannot even get a good nights sleep.

I know what it has been happening though. i have alot of repressed emotion, due to my mothers passing, my back pains, and simple stresses.

Also since i have been in michigan, i havent smoked any ganja...

Which is quite ridiculous for me, i like to smoke alotta green. now that I have been without, these dreams are basically nightmares, and involve alot of people who have passed away within the past 5 years, not just my mother.

Also, I can wake up in the middle of the night, tell you all about the dream, and move around, switch positions, and still have that stupid dream carry on right where it left off.

For some reason i always assumed that the pressure that you put on your skull when sleeping can effect what the subject matter of your dreams is....

Any comments?

I never dream after long stints of grass. I hate it. Fuck.

Dreams. They are nice. They are natural, and it is true that they will become intense with trauma or stress, because you are just organizing your awake-time situations. They are in disguise.

I'll say more later, if I can conjure up a plan.

But i sometimes definitely do wanna toke up, heh.

this one time, my mom asked me to vaporize some kind bud for her.  i never did get ahold of a vaporizer though :frown:

i too have been having trouble with dreams and sleep lately.

before going to bed try imagining yourself in a posative situation, or perhaps imagine yourself laying there surrounded by white light?

i know it is all superstition, but the power of the conscous mind can definatly offer some help for your dreamtime, me thinks.

i definitely agree.  Banjankr sent me an awesome PM regaurding some postive before sleep mantras of jupiter.  hanvent tried them out yet, but just discussing these dreams has caused me to sleep more at peace :smile:
