Best Casing

To; anyone with some experience,

What is the best (yield, ease, cost, ect.) casing medium to use if one is growing shrooms in one quart jars on brown rice?

Fozzy if yer doing BRF Verm jars. Just do a standard casing on them. I normally just use Vermiculite as my casing layer, but there are better ones including poo hehe. Peatmoss ect... check the grow find section.
