casing mixture...

hello....this is my first time casing and i'm trying to figure out what i need. i went to the store and bought a premixed bag containing 75% peat moss with vermiculite, perlite, and limestone for PH already mixed in it. do you think that this will work for a 50/50 casing if i add vermiculite to even the ratio? also, how many cakes would you reccommend per tray? thank you for your help.
