Substrate and Casing mixture

Well I'm about to start growing some Golden Teacher...

What mixture/ingrediants do you guys recommend for the substrate jars?... and how long should I pressure cook it at 10 lbs to sterilize?

Then, what mixture/ingredients do you guys recommend for the casing? what mixture for each level, and how deep shoulld each level be? and again should I pressure cook all the ingrediants to sterilize?

My dog's sister's uncle likes the 50/50 casing tek. For a substrate, he likes a 50/50 mix of millet and vermiculite. You have to pressure cook it for 45 minutes at 15 psi. If your pressure cooker only has a 10 psi setting, then you have to cook it for an hour. Hope this helps

Thanks for the links. I was talking to a few people in the shroomery channel, and someone recommended that I get coco-coir for the casing, and use rye berriies for the substrate.

Oh, and yeah, my pressure cooker only gets to 10 lbs (it's a Mirro 4.2 quart)
