Casing question. Pic included

This is a pic of a casing that has been covered for about 4 days in 80+ degree temps with foil.
Anyways is this casing ok to br placed in the terrarium at 75 degree temps with low light yet, or should i cover these spots and cover it untill the mycelium is a bit more present everywhere.
I am a bit concerned that I left it covered so long and the mycelium that grew at the top made contact with the aluminum foil, thus they are a bit flat at the top.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

He's right. Ive been wanting to buy that book for a while anyways.
Anyways, that was a bit more complex of an answer that I was expecting, though still quite good info.
I didnt really see that the conditions in the picture were dicussed in that article. From what I read I would either
A). set the temp to 70degrees and around 90% humidity or
B) cover the high spots and proceed to step A)
I noticed that the spread of mycelium wasnt totally even
does anyone think i should lightly recover the areas that have popped up?
would you guess ince its been 80 degrees for 4 days that I would have already started overlaying?

B) then place in a very humid(95+) 75?F terrarium with air exchange untill you see pins, then lover the humidity to 90%, don?t forget to keep the casing moist by gently misting it.

Thank you!
The reason for the "A" is that I?m currently helping to improve the Grow section of the Shroomery.

OK, lets think about this. I was under the impression that the fruiting chamber was maintained at 95%. But 95% is only for init pinning?
I have a very large chamber, and is not feasable to maintain 2 different temperatures, since there are going to be trays at different stages. what if i covered the newly cased coloniozed rye with saran, until it was pinning, since the casing should provide more moisture??
or will that not work? Then just keep the main chamber at 90% for maturation of pinheads?
thanks
