colonization?

i just innoculated some gallon jars with eq agar wedges and was wondering about some things.
1-what would be the best incubator temp?
2-should i leave the alum.foil loosely on top?
3-an approximate colonization time frame?
the jars are covered with filters from microm magick.

1- the best temperature for rapid colonization would be 86f, but the temperature of your substrate is going to be warmer than air around the jars so the air temperature of the room you are storing them in should be a couple degrees lower than 86f. Also, there was recently a post that proposed that the optimum temperature for psilocin/psilocybin is lower. So you should clarify what you mean by "the best incubation temp"

2-You also say that the jars have microm magick filter discs. If they are a correct fit for the jars then you don't need the foil on top. Otherwise I would keep the foil on as tight as possible at least until the mycelium has colonized a large percentage of the substrate.

3- A gallon jar depending on how full, the moisture content, the ph, the type of substrate, and the incubation temperature and if you shake them or not will probably be around 10 days.
