Well I soaked for 24 hours, and have rinsed off all that nasty water, but all the seeds are not "squish-able". Most off the small pieces are easily squished between my finger and thumb, but some of the bigger pieces (they are slightly smaller than popcorn kernels and have black dots on them) are not 'smash-able by finger'

SO is it all good to drain (I'm doing that now) and PC, or do i need to soak more, or simmer and them PC?

I use Doc's WBS TEK so I simmer, seems to work for me. Follow the direction's for whatever TEK you are using and precede when ready. Simmering does help the WBS achieve proper wate content. If you decide to soak, check out Doc,s TEK and it will explain simmering in detail.

the high temps and pressures of the pressure cook will allow water to saturate the larger pieces, don't worry!

Sounds like the red milo (sorgum) is the hard seed, in the mix. Which - is normal, as they are a very dense / hard seed.

I recomend - go ahead, rinse, load & PC. It will all balance - out.
