what casing teks (for my 8 1pint mmgg jars) would produce the highest yields of all?

For the most in bulk either go with compost or pasturized wheat straw on top of crumbled cakes .

Any compost with a high nitrogen source. The best are those with horse and chicken manure in them. If these arent available, cow manure compost works good as well but not as good as horse or chicken IMO. But if all else fails, just use wheat straw, it provides quiet a bit of bulk as in this picture of the PESA strain.
