question to all you guru's out there, which one seems to work better? keep in mind i've never grown shrooms before, I just ordered my first two syringes today. can't wait to start growing..:)

My suggestion is to grind your own brown rice in a blender. (PF reccomends this also)

For starting out Brown rice grounded up a lil bit in the blender with verm is best. It will even work with out grinding up the rice.

I switched to Dark Rye and mycelia hauls ass in it .... colonizes much faster in my opinion. If your Verm is coarse , stick it in the blender for a few seconds till it`s about the sizeof a pencil lead. Watch out though or it will turn to powder if you blend it too long.
