check the last time the profile was updated. If you were serious then, then it is a cause for grief, and I'd say there's a better than 50% chance that he/she has cheated on you.

yeah that would be gay, it happened to a friend, by a girl from myspace, and I laughed and laughed and laughed, she said she was 19, and was like 15-16, I don't like to hook up with chicks online, for one it's lame, and two you never know what you'll get

Fuck, I just broke up with my girlfriend about three weeks ago, and checking the myspace thing really pisses me off now when I see her status as single.!!!! But to answer your questions, yeah I would b pissed.
