mescaline / hippyfliping cross tolerance

How much cross tolerance can I expect to affect a mescaline trip if i've hippyflipped 4 or 5 days earlier?

Hippieflipping is MDMA/Mushrooms right? and just to clear it up, what is candyflipping? acid/mdma? i dont think your tolerance will be that high, just account for it and take alittle extra just to be sure...wish i could get some mesc. id be nice :-)

There's already going to be cross tolerance for the mushrooms and even more cross tolerance for the MDMA to be accounted. 5 days..... I'm pretty sure you wont have any problems anyways. Ive tripped back to back on several occasions that's when you have to worry about tolerance :mushroom2:

There's probably a bit of tolerance going on for 10 days or so..altough most of it will be gone in about 3-4. Considering its Mesc, however, if it were me I would hold off a little longer to max out the readyness.

there is only cross-tolerance between tryptamines (psilocybin/LSD/etc) right? between phenethylamines (MDMA/mescaline) there shouldn't be any, and especially not between the mushrooms and the mescaline..

Well...Do you know the biological phenomenon of tolerance? In general classic hallucinogens such as LSD,Mescaline and various tryptamines exhibit their effects being agonists at 5HT-2a receptors.When these receptors ,in laymans terms" "have had enough" they retract in the nerve cell (not permanently) hence you have tolerance because the next administered dosage will not find many receptors to bind on.

SInce psilocin and mescaline mediate their effects through the same receptor then there is tolerance between them!
