its been 2 weeks now and nothing, i called western union today and my money order was cashed 5 days ago, its been about a week since my last email, asking if they've recieved it yet other than the email i sent today. and still after a week they won't respond to my emails. this isn't looking very good

If payment was received 5 days ago and it takes about 2-3 days to send out the product then your stuff is prolly in the mail dude...give it more then five days after they receive your payment.

i understand that, but its been a weeks since i emailed them and they won't reply, and if its in the mail then i should have gotten an email and tracking number like their site claims they do.

Yep thats true about the email if they say they do that....Im sure everything is fine dude, I'm sure they will be replyin to this soon to let ya know whats goin on. I haven't ordered from them personally but I have never seen any issues on here about them.

It could be that either your email is having difficulty reaching them, or their email reply to you isn't getting through. Spam filtering and general volume of email can cause these kinds of problems. I will contact them personally to ensure that your problem is address ASAP. I'm sure that everything is fine and that with all likely-hood you'll have your order sometime early in the coming week. MycoBag.com is a top notch operation and they always take care of their customers quickly and professionally.
Try sending email to both orders@mycobag.com and info@mycobag.com.

I've ordered from them several times and have never had any problems with either shipment or quality. They'll come through for you.

never had a problem, try contacting or calling them. they do alot of business and would not ruin the good name they have worked to gain just to rip somebody off for a few bucks.

I ordered from them once...My pacakge was damaged during shipping and the bag was torn. I emailed them about this and they told me to contact UPS seeing as the damage was caused during shipping, and to let them know of the outcome(understandable).
I emailed UPS and they told me it wasnt their problem, which infuriated me. So I emailed mycobag and told them what they said, and never recieved a reply....
From what I hear they are a wonderful company to do business with, but that was it for me.
It seems that your problem is your impatience  , I`m confident they will come through though.

Wow...I highly recomend this company. They have contacted me and fixing the above problem months after it happened. Now thats service!
