Man, that sucks...
3 weeks is just pathetic!!
Im sorry you had to wait that long. No one should have to wait 3 weeks to get a spore syringe... over 1 week is even unacceptable.

A while ago i ordered a mycobag and syringe. I sent a money oreder and it took about two weeks ( holiday season.) Try and contact them, sounds like your order may be lost or misplaced. TLG for syringes from now on, quick and now cheaper.

This should probably be in the vendor forum, but I guess your question probably would not have been viewed by as many people in there. Anyway my friend recently placed orders with two vendors Sporeworks and TLG. Here is the timeline of how things went:
1/5/03 - placed orders with Sporeworks & TLG 1/7/03 - received order placed through TLG
1/13/03 - received an email notifying that Sporeworks had shipped order
1/15/03 - received order placed through Sporeworks
I have my opinions about both vendors and do not think too highly of either to tell you the truth, however it is hard to refute the fact that if you are going to be ordering spores they will be in your hot little hands quicker if ordered through TLG. Obviously there are many other factors to consider when choosing a vendor such as spore viability, customer service etc, but if you just want speed some vendors are better than others. My next order will be placed through Ralphster, it has been my observation through reading these and other boards for a while now that he is a true lover of mycology and helps people out not simply to profit, but because he actually cares. Some vendors may be fast, but they will not offer you that type of support. The choice is up to you.

E-mail them asking the status on your order. That's what I did.

TLG has great service to tell you the truth. Packages are shipped very quick, and the customer support is great as well.
You could say that all the vendors like profit to an extent, but, they also all enjoy mycology. Get the prints on time when you need them, they will be quality from TLG. He's a nice guy.

TLG has very high quality supplies, along with their speed and service. If you email them a question, they get you back within 24 hours, and all their spores have been viable. Just because they have the ability to speed out orders, it doesn't mean it's not quality. I definitely recommend TLG.
Edit* Spores I have ordered have been viable.

What type of customer support are you receiving from him? It has been my experience that The Little Guy does not like to discuss cultivation questions when emailed. I guess if you want his support it must be conducted through the forums of the shroomery. The drawback of that type of "support" is that sometimes I do not want to show the whole world about my buddy's grows and what he is doing. Going through PM's is another possibility, but why not just have an email address for your customers to contact you with questions like the other vendors? Perhaps I'm just confused by TLG's support policy. It seems that he freaks when you send him pics of what was grown with his spores, yet if you complain to him about problems with colonization using one of his syringes (definitely not microscopy research!) he will happily discuss the matter and work out any problems you may be having and send out replacement syringes if needed. So where is the fine line drawn for his customer support? I've dealt with other vendors who have been more than happy to correspond via email and discuss any questions or problems I was having. Perhaps that is why I got the impression that some vendors may have more of a love for mycology than others.

I'm sorry that I moved your thread here for Sporeworks to answer you. Seems like a few people can't be civil. Please email Sporeworks or PM them.
Sporeworks, Please PM ....NotAllThere. Or start a new thread with a reply to him.
