Hey I have this contaminated cake i threw into my yard a month ago... And now it is growing shrooms. Would they be safe to eat?

do shrooms grow on old shit or only fresh?

yes they would be ok :)
thats what you do with contaminated cakes, compost them and they may recover and grow viable mushrooms.

it would make sense that u can, because the contaminating molds and fungus have probably died already, letting the spores grow into shrooms noncontaminated

the mold might let shrooms grow and get u real sick or die.
hopefully next year sum morell pop up. [doubt it] leave

well i wouldnt say that they fruited well... they grew small and they had holes in them but if they mold has died already i guess it should be safe...

The holes are prolly bugs eating them. Next time your in your yard and a bug flies smack into your cheek because it cant fly straight, you'll know why.....
