What temp 4 PF tek colon.

Speed is of prime importance here, as I am hoping for something for wifey and I to take with us on a trip in a month.
So . . . using the PF tek I colonized some jars today. His literature says let them incubate at room temp, or 70 or so, but I have seen too much about 85 degrees being optimal to ignore that. (Plus, I made an incubation chamber to keep it at 85)
Is there some rationale for his recommending a lower temp, or should I stick with 85?

82 is the "perfect" temp. At 85, it'll colonize faster than at 70, but I'm not too sure you'll have mush in a month.
