letting g2g master 'recover' after shake before g2g

ey!

so iirc stamets suggests letting spawn in bags recover for 24h after
breaking them up before actually spawning them to any media.

i thought if that would also be usefull if one does a g2g between
jars, like shake it up the master, let it sit for a day and then do the g2g,
so the myc gets some time to re-form before entering the new media.

would that be of any good or just a waste of time?

It's gonna have to recolonize an entire new jar anyways. I don't see where it really matters but that's just my opinion and I have limited experience with g2g transfers. Maybe someone with more knowlege on this than I can better answer your question.

A foaf likes to shake his grains or poo a lot, during g2g's or just to speed up colonization, something intersting that i've noticed w/ my creeps myc. is that when I don't shake i get nothing but rhizomorphs and i typically only shake after i do a grain to grain, i never really have to shake otherwise....

It's not necessary to allow it to recover somewhat, what is important is watching for contams. Jars that are slow to recover may mean possible infection, so it is a good indicator of healthy myc. Also it may help keep contams at bay slightly by letting it recover slighty. All in all not a bad idea. GL
