a friend of a friend is thinking of taking maybe five quart jars and filling them with water, adding two teaspons of honey to each, and growing mycelium in the honey solution. she was wondering how long and at what PSI to pressure cook the jars, and also how much mycelium she should expect to yield from the jars in any given amount of time.
