These are fresh Eucys - they are a bit shity, but its near the end of the season... Compare with those cyanescens piccys i posted and you'll see the difference - these also uplift and go wavy - check that blue staining!!

Awesome! I love that chestnut head on the white body, with the achy-breaky bluing reaction.
I can see the difference alittle. I'd probably have to see them growing side-by-side to truly tell them apart.
Consider MJ's pic of Cyans and Azures growing on opposite ends of the picture. Amazing!
The cyans I've picked had that same deep, almost brown color that your Euc. pic has. But, the cyan pic of yours is a jolly lighter almost orange color. Do the Euc. caps curve up-wavy like the cyans?
I'm glutton for questions.

yeah they both go wavy - However the eucys are heaps bigger and have a thick stem, and they are chocolate brown... I posted another picy of three mushies earlier that gave a good idea... The cyans i found were all small (one inch) and were uplifted to the point of being twisted and really wavy..they were also olive coloured with a texture that was like olive flesh - very soft and gluey and stained REALLY blue to black... ill post some more piccys of the eucys to demonstrate. They also grow differently - eucys seem to like it drier and just keep on flushing (april to july) whereas the cyans have only flushed once, but they went hardcore and there was about twenty fruits in a bunch..
