Pain as a motivation tool.
    #3590922 -

Last night I was messing around with some of that 94% rubbing alochol the other night. Back in the day I would splash a little on my hand and light my hand on fire... it looked very cool and after a second or two I shook my hand to put the flame out. Well, I had alcohol on both my hands... alot of it. It had dripped down to my elbows and was all over the backs of my hands. I am not really sure why I picked up the lighter and flicked it, it's hard to reflect on hindsight when both of your arms burst into flames. I flailed my arms about trying to put of the flames, but they were to big to put all the way out... the flames toward my elbows would re-light my forearm and my hands. The pain started to overwhelming me and I dropped to my knees and continued a manic slapping and flailing... I leaned forward into the ground, and found my salvation a few inches away from me. With the aid of a pillow case the fire was put out quickly.

The hair on my knuckles is all but gone, my hands hand been very tender all today, the back of my hand is singed... and you can find singed hair all the way down to my elbows.

Hehe! So the lesson here is; don't set yourself on fire. You are learning fast, young grasshopper!

I lit my sink on fire when i was cleaning my bong with iso one time.

I never really had the urge to set myself on fire though. But it has happened by accident a few times.

That's kind of a funy story.  The only self-induced pain I dabble in is eating REALLY spicy food.  I like when it's so hot that I sweat and tears start pouring out of my eyes.  Most people think it's kinda weird.  But not as weird as setting yourself on fire.
